Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Endava. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

• Assist the US Payroll team in reviewing news sent by HR, gathering information, and supporting audit requests.
• Be in contact with state government agencies regarding Payroll tax filings, resolving issues and discrepancies.
• Perform Payroll and payroll taxes booking in GL and account reconciliations.
• Administer Payroll Benefits and related bookings in the GL.
• Support other GL and cash management operational activities.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for local and group managers.
• Ensure compliance with Endava Accounting policy.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies.
• Advanced English skills.
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a can-do approach.
• Ability to follow-up on pending issues.
• Both people and process-oriented.
