Healthcare Services Coordinator

The Regional Physician Supervisor will provide medical leadership and direction to contracted medical staff at U.S. Customs and Border Protection sites. The selected candidate will oversee the medical services contract, ensuring that all aspects of healthcare delivery are coordinated and executed according to program policies and guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Compliance with program policies and guidelines
* Quality of healthcare services provided to patients
* Effective communication with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from a recognized institution and a current, active, valid, and unencumbered license to practice medicine in any United States jurisdiction. At least 5 years of experience as an attending or independently practicing physician in a direct patient care setting is also required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Expert knowledge of current standards of practice in clinical medicine
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Strong understanding of program policies and guidelines, as well as operating procedures relating to healthcare delivery systems
