Job Description
This position is responsible for providing recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for vehicle purchases and sales of protective options. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial agreements and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Actively communicate with customers to identify and discuss vehicle needs and wants
- Qualify buyers by understanding their vehicle purchasing, financing, and/or insurance requirements
- Present and describe vehicle after-sales products and services, including extended warranty, chemicals, insurance, and accessories
- Work with financial institutions and lenders to process funding applications
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business, automotive, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an F&I/Financial Service Manager
- OMVIC License in good standing
