Position Overview:
An Alliance Program Specialist is responsible for fostering and nurturing robust relationships throughout the Alliance educational framework. The ideal candidate should demonstrate self-motivation, exhibit a warm professional demeanor, and be committed to managing customer and alliance relationships. A background in analyzing and interpreting marketing data and insights is highly desirable. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including the analysis of historical sales data, opportunity registration, data shaping, and social media marketing analytics. It is an entry-level position within our Alliances/Business Development team, focusing on cloud markets and collaborative synergies. Candidates should clearly articulate how they will contribute to digital professionalism and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an organizational chart for alliance partners, including contact roles and opportunity tracking for Monthly Business Reviews.
• Implement and uphold an efficient lead workflow to maximize the development of new opportunities.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition to colleagues, whether online or at field events.
• Proficiently utilize meeting and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, AWS Chime, Gantt charts, Customer Relationship Management systems, and Kanban methodologies.
• Support, develop, and communicate alignment between Microsoft partner groups and associated programs.
Qualifications:
• Ongoing education or experience in Data Confluence, Marketing/Sales, and Team Collaboration.
• Familiarity with our products and line of business is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate professionally in written formats, including emails, instant messaging, in-person meetings, video conferences, and report submissions.
• Highly organized and analytical, capable of overcoming challenges through innovative and adaptable strategies.
