Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Risk Manager to join our Information Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with AlfaSystems' IT systems and data.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves conducting regular risk assessments, developing and implementing controls to mitigate risks, and ensuring that our Information Security Management System (ISMS) meets the required standards and regulations. You will work closely with the Information Security team to ensure that our ISMS policies, procedures, and processes are up-to-date and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvements in information security controls.
  • Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Contribute to the planning of internal, external, and client audit requirements, including the collection of evidence.
  • Engage with third-party vendors, establishing and maintaining relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Bachelor's degree from a top university.
  • An Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and experience of SOC 1 and SOC 2 examination and attestation requirements.
  • Experience with both internal and external IT assurance projects/engagements.
