About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our team at Iglu.com. As a key member of our FP&A Team, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support to the business, driving operational and financial decision-making, and contributing to the development of our financial planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis.
  • Produce monthly flash P&Ls and analyze variances to budget and forecast.
  • Develop and report service line P&Ls, maintaining monthly corporate KPIs and reviewing performance against these.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and identify opportunities to streamline and develop the reporting suite further.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience.
  • Previous exposure to management accounting/reporting.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Able to understand commercial drivers of performance and translate these into financial plans.
  • Ability to review and improve business and financial processes.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Travel or similar sector (e.g., Retail, Leisure).
  • Experience of using data analytics tools (Tableau preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own time effectively, contributing to the team's goals and objectives.
