At GSB Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in the Gaucho Plant, located at Virasoro 2655, Béccar, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This is an on-site position that requires close collaboration with on-site contractors and engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including MDF/IDF hardware racking, stacking, and patching, as well as cable management and cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate priorities and installation activities with on-site contractors.
  • Assist with patching and troubleshooting network connections and connectivity of production, AV, and end-user devices.
  • Network infrastructure labeling and asset documentation.
  • UPS configuration.
  • Provide remote connection to devices for remote support and configuration.
  • Hand out and help set up laptops in the office space and on the plant floor as necessary.
  • End-User Operational Support.
