Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our transfer pricing department, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, developing transfer pricing methodologies, and communicating findings to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis
  • Analyze complex financial data using advanced tools such as Excel and specialized statistical software.
  • Develop clear, well-supported reports with compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Transfer Pricing Methodologies
  • Apply various transfer pricing methodologies, including comparable uncontrolled price, cost plus, and transactional net margin method.
  • Ensure compliance with international tax regulations, including the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Client Communication
  • Communicate findings effectively to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of the arm's length principle.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters.
• Project Management
  • Manage transfer pricing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and oversee the work of junior team members, fostering their professional development.
• Professional Development
  • Stay abreast of evolving tax regulations and industry trends, particularly those related to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver basic training modules to enhance team knowledge on transfer pricing regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing or a relevant field.
• Proven proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Working knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
