Safety in Focus:
We are seeking an experienced EHS Leader to manage all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) functions for our Taste & Wellbeing manufacturing facilities in Argentina. This key role will ensure compliance with Givaudan EHS processes and local regulations, driving cultural change to reduce the probability of EHS incidents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support site top management on EHS aspects and act as a coach to line managers to ensure EHS remains a line responsibility.
  • Develop EHS vision aligned with company strategy, taking into account global Operations and local legislation.
  • Manage compliance with all EHS regulations and laws.
  • Manage site EHS trainings and deploy behavior-based safety programs.
  • Ensure emergency planning is effective and complete regulatory reports.
  • Track site safety behavioral audits and incidents, analyzing trends and reporting to management.

Requirements:
  1. University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  2. Master's Degree in EHS or equivalent experience.
  3. At least 7 years of experience as an EHS leader/responsible in large companies with production sites in Argentina.
  4. Appropriate country EHS qualification/certifications.
  5. Fluent English, both oral and written.
