What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute forecasting models and analyses to support strategic business decisions.
  • Present forecasting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders at various levels.
  • Project management activities, ensuring high-quality forecasting and analytics deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to integrate forecasting into broader business processes.
  • Continuously enhance forecasting methodologies and tools to drive improved accuracy and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a forecasting, analytics, or consulting role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with common forecasting software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
