About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Lead for APIs to assist our API Producers in the onboarding process. The successful candidate will ensure efficient integration of APIs into our ecosystem and support API Consumers in leveraging our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of support engineers to foster a collaborative environment and manage day-to-day support operations.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive product improvements.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in a technical support role, with 1-2 years of experience leading a team.
- Proven experience supporting both internally and externally facing products.
- Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, and/or other API types.
