About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agilist to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our cross-functional teams through agile practices and tools, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
• Coach teams in agile methodologies and facilitate all Scrum-related meetings.
• Develop and manage dashboards in Azure DevOps to track project metrics and performance.
• Ensure the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams.

About You

We are looking for an agile expert with 6+ years of experience leading Scrum teams, a strong background in agile methodologies, and a proven track record of driving organizational change.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 6+ years of experience leading Scrum teams.
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
