About the Role

As a Renewal Specialist at Avature, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and day-to-day operations of our SaaS business. You will work with a diverse range of customers, from large and dynamic companies to innovative startups, to develop and negotiate commercial proposals that meet their unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Negotiate Commercial Proposals: You will investigate different scenarios to create proposals that meet our customers' varied needs, while ensuring that Avature's interests are protected.
  • Understand Customer Stakeholders: You will adapt your communication style to match the different roles of customer stakeholders, ensuring that you build strong relationships and deliver a friendly, harmonious, and efficient experience for all involved in the contract renewal process.
  • Navigate the Customer Decision-Making Process: You will work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and navigate the decision-making process to ensure that renewals are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: You will interact with different teams to understand account backgrounds and develop offers that meet our customers' needs.
