We are seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of managed projects by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within HR. They will also establish project communication needs and create project communication plan, as well as work with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts. We are looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of experience and strong business knowledge, including an understanding of core businesses, supporting processes, and operations.

About the Role:

  • Ensure successful completion of managed projects
  • Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within HR
  • Establish project communication needs and create project communication plan
  • Work with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts
  • Collate communication items, investigate issues, and ensure relevant communications are created in a timely clear and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Demonstrate strong business knowledge
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in HR desirable
  • Outstanding problem-solver, should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Innovative mindset
  • Fully bilingual - English and Spanish
