Join Cognizant as a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients' desktop environments, including deployment, troubleshooting, incident handling, and request fulfillment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Managing printer usage and coordinating with vendors to ensure print services continuity
- Ensuring basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, video conferencing, printers, and voice systems are available at sites
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes of incidents reported by end-users
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end-users
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
