UI Designer Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a UI Designer. As a UI Designer, you'll be responsible for creating user-friendly interface designs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to design user interfaces, focusing on learning about accessibility and usability.
  • Utilize design systems and UI Kits, developing skills in visual balance and component creation.
  • Assist in prototyping and actively seek feedback to improve designs.
  • Apply basic UX/UI principles to design solutions under guidance.
  • Deliver quality work, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Manage time effectively and be adaptable to project changes, contributing positively to the team.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Figma (beginner to intermediate level).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to AI-powered tools.
  • Conversational proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of design presentation and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in UI/UX design.
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in UI design, or relevant internships or projects demonstrating UI skills.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
  • A portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of UI design principles, focusing on projects that highlight visual design skills and attention to detail.
