The Role:
Fratello Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Nurse who is fluent in Spanish to work in our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both Spanish and English.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
- Support children's individual learning and development needs.
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures regarding health and safety and child protection.
We are seeking a compassionate individual with a passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- A recognised childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
