Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and adaptable individual to fulfill the role of Program Analyst/Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will manage projects that align with our strategic objectives and contribute to the overall mission of the organization. This position involves collaboration with operational leadership in areas such as budget planning, program funding requests, and strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone eager to develop professionally within this role.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in sectors such as media, technology, FinTech, or education.
- Non-profit sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexible schedule with potential weekend availability.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint presentations, and data visualization techniques, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee detailed project plans that encompass all necessary activities, tasks, risks, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide regular updates on project status as required.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members while maintaining the project plan.
- Manage key project variables including cost, scope, and timeline.
- Engage with committee leaders and partners to ascertain business needs.
- Establish and report relevant project metrics.
- Evaluate project standards, methodologies, and their impacts.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to identify best practices, workflow processes, challenges, and potential solutions for projects.
- Coordinate activities and information sharing with the Board, Committees, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Participate in committee meetings and act as a representative member of designated committees.
- Utilize facilitation and interpersonal skills to manage projects and teams, escalating issues to supervisors when appropriate.
