SAP FICO Implementation Specialist

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of FICO modules to enhance business processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement FICO modules to improve financial processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of FICO configurations and customizations to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide expert advice and support on FICO-related issues to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company.
- Ensure the integrity and security of financial data through effective system design and maintenance.
- Optimize the performance of financial systems to support timely and accurate reporting.
- Facilitate the integration of FICO modules with other systems within the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Document all phases of the development process, including design, testing, and deployment.
- More than 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing FICO modules within the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
