Inbox & Communication Management

  • Monitor, filter, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, using discretion
  • Draft professional emails and messages, ensuring clarity and concision
  • Flag urgent emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing tasks effectively

Task & Project Management

  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings, maintaining accurate task lists in ClickUp

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Process expense reports, reimbursements, and pay bills on time, maintaining financial records
