The Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, independent, and results-driven Senior UX Designer to take full ownership of the user experience across our e-commerce platform. This role requires someone who can work autonomously to research, design, and optimize both mobile and desktop experiences, collaborating closely with the marketing team while ensuring data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UX process, from user research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and identify pain points to improve usability and conversion rates.
  • Optimize mobile and desktop experiences, improving navigation, page speed, and overall usability.
  • Collaborate with the A/B Tester to experiment with different layouts and refine designs based on performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and developers to implement data-driven design improvements.
  • Ensure a smooth, intuitive user journey from landing pages to checkout.
  • Maintain a strong focus on e-commerce KPIs, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and engagement metrics.
