About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Partner to join our Service Delivery Hub team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team with deal shaping, deal approval, contract creation, and compliance verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Review and Approval: Ensure completeness and accuracy of quotations, support approval process, and guide internal customers on approval requirements.
  • Contract Drafting and Management: Prepare contract documents from templates, add/draft language for deal specifics, and maintain SAP's contract records and contract-related data in our contract management system.
  • Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for the Sales Team, answer queries from internal customers, and build long-term business relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements, and participate in special projects.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English and German.
  • Education and Qualifications: Advanced student, Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related business background.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-year professional experience within Finance, with experience in a Shared Services Center a plus.
  • Skills: Analytical, proactive, ability to work autonomously, ability to work under pressure, multitasking, organized, responsive, positive and can-do attitude, ability to prioritize requests and manage expectations, team player, customer service oriented, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible and adaptable.
