A Day in the Life

You will partner with the operations team to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, oversee the setup email inbox, and lead the initial review of incoming setups. You'll verify access to critical reports and data, establish clear timelines, and delegate tasks to drive progress.

You'll actively monitor and follow up on setups in the blocked queue, identify and address gaps in implementation processes and tools, and contribute to key cross-functional payroll initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering excellent results.

Your Background

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role (payroll experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and G Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and task management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
