Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sports Leadership and Fashion Innovation Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve driving business growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and innovation in merchandising, sales, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inspirational leadership to teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies to enhance product offerings and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within the retail sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
