Job Responsibilities- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
- Oversee the work of any apprentice technician assigned.
The technician will diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair. They will communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts and save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
The technician will also examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. They will notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.
The technician will document work performed and road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
They will supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned and attend factory-sponsored training classes.
Requirements- High CSI score is a must.
- ASE/Manufacturing training (2-6 Years of Technician Experience, MB Brand Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
