Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the real estate wholesaling and sales industry
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including realtors and other industry professionals
- Negotiate with buyers to achieve optimal results in sale prices
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop sales strategies and market properties to potential buyers
- Real estate experience is a must
- Fluent English and Spanish are required
- Customer service experience and project management skills are a plus
