We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Closer to join our team at Torre. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing business deals to achieve and exceed our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the real estate wholesaling and sales industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including realtors and other industry professionals
  • Negotiate with buyers to achieve optimal results in sale prices
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop sales strategies and market properties to potential buyers
Requirements:
  • Real estate experience is a must
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required
  • Customer service experience and project management skills are a plus
