Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to LATAM and EMEA markets by executing E2E campaigns. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate empathy and acknowledge the importance and urgency of client requests.
• Active reading by paying close attention to customer concerns and needs, identifying potential implicit questions.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently, aiming to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, identifying the root cause of issues and offering practical solutions.
• Ensure issues are fully resolved by following up with customers, asking if they need anything else or have any further questions.
• Anticipate customer needs and offer assistance before they ask.
• Have a deep understanding of our company's products and services, enabling you to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Project management and implementation of digital campaigns.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or certificate in Communication/Marketing (ideal).
• Computer technology knowledge.
• Google Sheets proficiency (ideal).
• Advanced English (B2, C1 or C2).
• Proficient Portuguese (B2, C1 or C2).
• Advanced verbal and written communication.
• Ownership and autonomy.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization and time management.
• Ability to work under time constraints with tight deadlines.
• Team player (collaborative attitude).
• Problem-solving (research skills).
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Estimated Salary Range: $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
