About Your RoleYou will join our Strategy & New Business Team, reporting to the Strategy Project Manager – New Business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the launch of new business lines, from product market study to operational launch;
- Assisting in in-depth analyses of market, competition, distribution, and operations;
- Contributing to project documentation, including business plans and product approval documents;
- Preparing studies to support internal decision-making, such as provider benchmarking;
- Collaborating with various Descartes teams to ensure successful product launch;
- Supporting the Strategy & New Business team in building new partnerships to fuel Descartes Group's growth;
- Preparing interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including (re)insurance companies and experts;
- Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Strategy Project Manager – New Business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a master's degree from a Business or Engineering school. Your experience in consulting, strategy, or finance is essential, with a strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills. You should be a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to diversity.
