IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology strategy and operations at findme, a leading manufacturing company in Greater Rosario, Argentina.

• Develop and implement IT strategic and operational plans, aligning with our business objectives.
• Define, organize, and effectively manage IT department resources, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead the processes for updating and optimizing IT infrastructure and support, meeting company needs.
• Establish guidelines for all hardware, software, and processes integrated into the IT infrastructure.
• Integrate and implement global IT projects from headquarters at the local level.
• Define and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

• Proven experience as an IT Manager in a corporate environment, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, with experience in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO), particularly ISO 27000.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Project management experience, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Knowledge and previous experience in industry environments like SCADA / ICS (Industrial Control Systems) / DCS (Distributed Control Systems), OT networks, and a strong understanding of technology trends and innovations.
