We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Collector to join our team. As a Financial Collector, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers and resolving any associated issues.

• Collect outstanding payments from customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies through effective communication and negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the collection process.

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, collections, or finance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
