Job Summary
\We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and delivering care to residents, assessing their needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating care, and supervising various staff members.
\Responsibilities
\Some of your key responsibilities will include:
\- Assessing resident needs and developing individual care plans\
- Administering nursing care and evaluating its effectiveness\
- Supervising various staff members and ensuring they are meeting the required standards\
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals\
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth\
- Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
Requirements
\To be considered for this role, you will need to have a current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California. You must also have RN clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements.
\Additionally, you will need to have effective interpersonal skills, be able to work with an interdisciplinary care team, and have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
