About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in data analytics, architecture, and engineering to drive business growth and innovation at Kimberly-Clark. As a Data Analytics Solutions Architect, you will lead initiatives to design, build, and implement scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our global organization.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Data and Analytics Initiatives: Spearhead strategic initiatives to unlock business value from our data assets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize projects.
- Strategic Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog with precision, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision and immediate business needs. Balance new developments, operational tasks, and bug resolutions to deliver continuous value.
- Release Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain release plans for data and analytics enhancements, incorporating financial costs and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Work with Product Managers and delivery teams to set realistic release goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering or design, with a strong background in data modeling principles, methods, and tools.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operationalizing data solutions using cloud data and analytics services.
- Proven expertise in programming languages like Python/Javascript and Tableau/PowerBI exposure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into potential analytics solutions.
