Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with LOB counterparts at the health plan;
  2. Collaborating with the extended Account Management team to advocate for and bring awareness to client initiatives;
  3. Leading client meetings as aligned to the account management principles;
  4. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and dashboards that evaluate Prime's performance against assigned client contracts.
