We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Contract Administrator - Coordinator to support our growing operations.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our Contract Administration team to review and approve documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the contract management process.
You will also provide feedback to agents regarding missing or incomplete paperwork, ensure accurate data entry and updates in the Deal Management System, and serve as a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
Requirements- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, real estate transactions, or legal documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Experience with contract management software or databases is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
