  • Manage a matrix team of solution architects, pricers, and delivery to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements and incorporate them into solution designs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, project plans, and status reports to clients and senior management.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying pursuits.
