Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the Supply Planning Process at our CPS Plant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track WOS reports for finished goods materials, analyze improvement opportunities, and plan parameters.
- Ensure on-time availability of products to bottlers by defining inventory policies and monitoring coverage reports.
- Lead Pre-SPP and SPP sessions, capturing information from various areas.
- Support key initiatives such as Migration Routine and New Products execution.
- Support local execution of Enterprise Risk Management components.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and networking skills.
- Strong analytical and information interpretation skills.
- Able to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a university or equivalent.
- Fluent English, writing, listening, and oral.
