About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agile Leader III to join our team at Sovos Compliance, a global provider of tax compliance and trust solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive digital transformation and lead cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge software projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum Master/Agile Leadership and experience working with software development teams. They will be responsible for facilitating scope and timeline negotiations, handling complex software delivery projects, and fostering collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master/Agile Leader role or similar
  • Scrum Master/Agile Leader Certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO)
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., Definition of Done, User Stories, Automated Testing)
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
