About the Role:

The Lead UX Design Consultant position at Unilever is a key role that requires high UX consulting proficiency. With at least 5-7 years of industry experience, you will be expected to be highly proficient in advanced usability methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute user experience strategies in sync with user goals and clients' business goals
  • Evangelize user experience best practices and advocate for the needs and goals of real users
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and advancement of the Experience Team
  • Deliver group training sessions, individual mentorship, and facilitate presentations and workshops that drive toward project and team goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • High UX consulting proficiency reflecting at least 5-7 years of industry experience
  • Advanced usability methodologies and best practices expertise
  • Able to assess a project holistically to understand how to best leverage UX
  • Able to compose and facilitate presentations and workshop sessions to help carry out your strategy
  • Able to guide the client and your team through a proper UX research and design process while meeting client and user needs
