We are seeking a highly skilled Polish-English interpreter to join our team at Future Group Translation and Localization Services. As an OPI/VRI interpreter, you will provide accurate communication between non-English and English speakers during calls, working in various fields and industries.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls professionally, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
  • Take notes during calls and be aware of industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.
  • Render messages accurately and completely, without additions, omissions, or substitutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client.
  • Participate in internal professional training and pursue new certifications.
  • Communicate and report to your team leader, adhering to dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
Requirements
  • Dedicated high-speed, private, and secured internet connection with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
  • Minimum Windows 10 operating system, dual core processor, and 8 GB RAM memory.
  • Single device (computer or laptop) capable of running required systems, with external monitors and connectors (if applicable).
  • Headphones with a built-in microphone, noise-cancelling and wired, without 3.5mm adapters or Bluetooth connectivity.
