Sales & Marketing Effectiveness Senior AssociateResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Brand Teams and In-Field teams to develop tools and strategies for improving customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide analytics and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Master's degree OR
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions in a large pharmaceutical company OR
- Associate's degree and 6 years of experience in similar positions in a large pharmaceutical company OR
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in similar positions in a large pharmaceutical company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of sales and marketing processes within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI, and Veeva.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
