Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable processes that support the markets and vendor engagement for the program.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand VB program performance.
  • Manage the development and review/measurement of program priorities.
  • Develop and manage program operational schedules, resources, deliverables, issues, and timelines throughout various projects with input from stakeholders and project teams.
  • Partner with and advise leadership and key stakeholders; operate independently to ensure deadlines are met by effectively planning, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating with peer organizations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Healthcare or Managed Care experience
  • 5+ years of Value-based care or payment strategy experience
  • 3+ years of Program Management experience
  • 3+ years of Relationship Management experience
  • 2+ years of Contract Management (Negotiation/Risk Management/Analysis) experience
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
