About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at Psi CRO Ag. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proposal Development: Develop high-quality strategic proposals that meet our clients' needs, leveraging your expertise in clinical trials and proposal management.
  2. RFP Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with global teams to develop viable RFP calendars and ensure timely completion of RFP milestones.
  3. Proposal Coordination: Organize and lead strategy calls for RFPs, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure proposal quality and accuracy.
  4. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop draft budgets in CLARITY and work with the budgeting team to create competitive final budgets.
  5. Vendor Management: Prepare vendor RFPs, obtain vendor quotes, and provide support for bid defense meetings.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  2. Experience managing full-service clinical trial proposals at a CRO.
  3. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals that resonate with clients.
  4. Strong analytical and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Flexibility and creativity in responding to potential clients, with a passion for producing high-quality proposals.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
