Job Description

\

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and delivering care to residents, assessing their needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating care, and supervising various staff members.

\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California. You must also demonstrate RN clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements.

\

You will be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action, and have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.

\

You will also have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team, plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude toward the elderly, be at least 18 years of age, and pass a background screen.
