Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Manage the entire hiring process from job requisition to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Collaborate with the People team to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services firm environment
- Solid experience in the whole recruiting process, for experienced professionals
- Experience managing IT related roles
- Excellent communication style, recognizing the need to share updates and keep all stakeholders informed
