About This Role
We're looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with expertise in multiple agile frameworks to lead our data programs. As a Senior Agile Transformation Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of agile engineering practices and ensure seamless delivery of high-impact data and analytics solutions.
You will collaborate with Release Train Engineers to manage interdependencies between dependent teams and anticipate potential or actual impediments to team delivery. Additionally, you will coach teams through the exploration and adoption of agile engineering practices such as test automation, CI/CD, and Agile Architecture.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant work or project experience in analytics domain/team
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master preferably for data programs
- Expertise in multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams simultaneously
