Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team at Vestas. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of wind turbine installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the work of contractor companies, adhering to labor safety guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions.
  • Manage daily site issues, reporting, and site work deliverables, including planning and preparation of site work rosters and schedules.
  • Coordinate with on-site personnel, including Installation Teams and Service Technicians, to ensure timely, efficient, and safe work execution.
  • Present site inductions to on-site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors, and attend site meetings with clients.
  • Ensure Quality, OH&S, and Environmental requirements are maintained and complied with by on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings and work team briefings, and manage daily task management boards.
  • Review and approve timesheets, expense reports, leave requests, overtime requests, and travel requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (desirable but not limiting).
  • Availability to travel in Latin America.
  • Service and people management experience in the wind industry, heavy machinery industry, or construction.
  • Intermediate level of English (desirable but not limiting).
  • Experience in energy construction works.
