Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, with expertise in Linux and Windows platforms.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Unix/Shell scripting, RDBMS, and object-oriented databases.
  5. Experience with monitoring technologies (e.g., Geneos, Datadog), process scheduling technologies (e.g., Autosys, Control-M), and infrastructure components (e.g., routers, load balancers, cloud products, container systems, compute, storage, and networks).
