About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to lead our DevOps team at Improvado Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers who design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and applications.

You will work closely with our engineering team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize our infrastructure and application delivery.

As a DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of DevOps practices, such as automation, continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices for DevOps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, leadership experience, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear explanations and recommendations for improving our infrastructure and application delivery.
