The Finance Shared Services team has an opening for a Senior Analyst.

It is crucial to provide effective support and leadership in a constantly evolving business landscape while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to achieve success in this role.

A Senior Analyst is responsible for:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Experience with JDE, Oracle, or SAP4Hana is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data analysis that highlights key business drivers.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and management, providing clear recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative, with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
  • Proven management capabilities, with a focus on driving departmental initiatives.
  • Team-oriented mindset, respected as a trusted partner in Business and Finance.
  • Ability to learn on the job and connect activities to the supported business model.
