The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing, with expertise in attracting top talent for technical and non-technical roles. They will also possess strong English and Spanish communication skills and be proficient in HRIS, ATS, and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively source technical and non-technical roles and attract high-quality candidates through job postings, networking, and referrals.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and guide them through a positive and professional recruitment experience.
